The Consultant undertook a review of the Alberta Government's total research effort, covering technologies in energy, forestry, environment, agriculture, and health care. The product of the study was a report, titled "Research Overview, Summary and Analysis of the Proposed 1992/93 Alberta Government Research Program". Over 100 case studies of successful research projects were evaluated, which in total had a several billion dollar impact on the Alberta economy. The report was presented to the Alberta Cabinet and used as a template for reviewing and modifying future research effort.
