Environmental Energy Technologies

The energy industries in Western Canada had concern that national and international environmental regulations were being established which may not lead to the most cost-effective method of solving the major environmental problems facing society. The Alberta Government requested that the Consultant work with several dozen energy industry stakeholders to develop a process, and tools, for identifying and resolving the major environmental issues. The Consultant sought the views of stakeholders through extensive personal and telephone interviews, and conducted a one-day workshop to define specific actions that industry and government could take. The results of this work was presented in a report "June 24, 1992, Energy Workshop".
