An analysis was undertaken of the opportunities for NCL to establish effective linkages with industry for contract R&D, short term problem solving and testing services. A report containing seven recommendations designed to improve the internal operations of the Laboratory and its interactions with clients was prepared for NCL and the International Development Research Centre.
