The Consultant carried out twelve technology assessments for the Ontario Centres of Excellence, using the Progrid-TA assessment methodology. The technologies were selected by the Ontario Centre for Materials Research (OCMR), the Manufacturing Research Corporation of Ontario (MRCO), the Institute for Space and Terrestrial Science (ISTS), the Waterloo Centre for Groundwater Research (WCGR) and the Ontario Laser and Lightwave Research Centre (OLLRC).

Each Centre convened a panel of evaluators to undertake the ProGrid methodology. The Consultant processed the data and prepared specific recommendations regarding the technical and commercial status of each technology.
