Stephanie Peacock

Stephanie is a PhD student in ecology under the supervision of Mark Lewis and Martin Krkosek.

Her thesis work focuses on the effects of parasitic sea lice on wild and farmed salmon on the west coast of British Columbia. In her research, Stephanie has used a combination of mathematical modelling, analysis of long-term data sets, and field-based experiments.

Stephanie completed her BSc in Biology and Earth and Ocean Sciences with a minor in Mathematics at the University of Victoria. She has worked for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and several NGO's in salmon-related research.
