Marie Auger-Méthé

Marie, was a Ph.D. student co-supervised by Dr. Mark Lewis and Dr. Andrew Derocher.

Her thesis focused on developing movement models to understand how animals search for food and how ice drift affects the home ranges of polar bears.

Marie is now a postdoctoral fellow at Dalhousie University, where she is working with Joanna Mills Flemming and for the Ocean Tracking Network. She continues to work on animal movement models, but now with a focus on marine species.
