Andria Dawson

Currently, Andria is a postdoc working working on the PalEON (Paleo-Ecological Observatory Network) project as a member of the Environmental Change Initiative group at University of Notre Dame, although most of her time is spent as a visitor at University of California – Berkeley

Andria was a PhD graduate student working on an interdisciplinary degree in Mathematical Natural Resource Management under the supervision of Mark LewisDepartment of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences and Ken Stadt Department of Renewable Resources.

She is interested in forest growth and yield modeling, and studyied mortality dynamics in the mixedwood boreal forest. These models will predict forest stand development, and will help forest managers make more informed management decisions.
