Jimmy Garnier

Jimmy was a postdoctoral fellow in the Laboratory of Mark Lewis. He is intersted in mathematical modelling of ecological systems and in mathematical analysis of population dynamics models. His research focuses on reaction-diffusion equations in homogeneous and heterogeneous environments and integro-differential equations with long distance dispersal.

He is currently working on models describing the dynamics of a population facing climate changes. The goal of his posdoctoral project is to understand the effect of the climate changes on the genetic diversity of the population.
