All music created using elementary cellular automata. Simulations are mapped to sacles and then converted to MIDI to be used in GarageBand.

Rule 30 (00011110).

Evolution of this rule leads to chaotic patterns. The song was created taking 9 cells from the center for t=1000. Each bit was mapped to a C chord. Tracks of notes are assigned one or many MIDI intruments. On this tune I added electric guitar and a main melody line (I may take this away later)

Evolution leads to stable oscilations. No additional instruments added. This is just the sound of a CA.
