Eco-hydrological disorder caused by human activities is the first reason for ecosystem degradation of inner river watershed in arid area. This research combines oasis research and ecological risk research together. Based on the basic theory of ecosystem risk analysis, using reliability theory, mathematical risk theory, uncompleted data risk analysis method and fuzzy sets theory as the analyzing math~Rs tools, choosing Shiyang River Basin as the background, ecosystem risk analysis models and methods for inland river basin oasis in arid-regions are developed. Ecosystem assets risk analysis method is also developed, and used it in the research region as a demonstration. The reasons and mechanism of ecological problems in the research area are analyzed and some ideas for controlling ecosystem risk are also suggested.
