The first two issues of Volume 17 have been printed, shipped, and published online. Volume 17 is dedicated to the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Canadain Applied and Industrial Mathematics Society (CAIMS). It consists of four special issues on four of the six themes of the 2009 CAIMS Annual Meeting, with the session organizers of these thematic sessions being the guest editors. The four issues are: 17-1 Dynamical Systems; 17-2 Mathematical Biology; 17-3 Mathematical Finance and 17-4 Scientific/Symbolic Computation. Submissions are by invitations and are from the participants of the 2009 CAIMS Meeting, and are all peer reviewed. We expect all 4 issues will be published in the spring of 2011.

Papers in the regular CAMQ pipeline are being handled concurrently with the special CAIMS volume (Volume 17) and will be published in Volume 18. The first two issues of Volume 18 have appeared online and been printed. We expect that Volume 18 will be completed before the summer of 2011.
