Research Interests
My research interests are generally in the area of real and complex analysis but more particularly in the harmonic and Fourier analysis of Euclidean n-space. The properties of various integral operators acting on spaces of measurable functions are frequently the object of investigation in this area and typically require the derivation of suitable estimates and inequalities for sums and integrals as well as the application of certain fundamental principles of functional analysis. In this way the harmonic and Fourier analysis of Euclidean spaces provides a setting in which the motivation and concreteness of classical problems in analysis are blended with the power and elegance of modern abstract techniques.
